Participate in the auction and payment.

• You can open a bidder account by registering through the iFalcons website / application.

• When you register to provide us with the required information, the service providers you contract with

• The bidder shall pay an amount of AED 200 (two hundred dirhams) in consideration for an annual subscription fee to view the available auctions.

• All transactions are carried out in the UAE Dirhams. (iFalcons Auctions) shall not be responsible for any loss resulting from exchange between currencies and/or loss resulting from bank transfers between different currencies.

• The annual subscription fee shall be paid through the online payment gateway available on (iFalcons Auctions) website and application.

• Without paying the annual subscription fee, it will not be possible for the bidder to view the latest auctions available on the (iFalcons) website/application or to participate in the auction.

• In the event that the subscriber decides to enter an auction available on the (iFalcons) website / application, the subscriber shall pay an advance payment of AED 2000 (two thousand dirhams) in consideration for an auction deposit fee. The security deposit shall be refunded in the event that the auction is awarded to the bidder or not, as the security deposit is not calculated from the bird's amount in the event that the auction is awarded.

• Members may enter more than one auction per day.

• The security deposit shall be returned according to the registration data we have on the (iFalcons) website / application.

• Value-added tax will be added according to Federal Tax Authority Law No. 8/2017 issued by the United Arab Emirates government at 5% on the final bidding price (where applicable) in addition to all fees, including but not limited to, the administrative fees, late payment fees, late receipt fees, storage fees, delivery and shipping fees.

• Applying VAT to the final price is one of the supplier's obligations in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority Law.

The auction management will place the details of the bird in the auction, and this information will be, for example:

Bird image, type, platoon, age, country of origin, auction opening price.

• The subscriber in the auction may raise the auction value of the birds offered for sale through the (iFalcons) website / application taking into account that the value of the subscriber’s bidding is not less than the minimum bid.

• Any bidding that takes place on any bird in the last 5 minutes of the auction ending time will increase the time by 5 minutes each time.

• The bidding time is extended if there is a bidding or technical failure in the last minutes in order to give the rest of the bidders an opportunity to submit their bids.

• If the auction is awarded to a bidder, the winner of the auction undertakes to complete the payment process, failure to do so, the deposit amount will be confiscated and legal actions will be taking as a result of the payment failure. This is in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Procedures Law in the United Arab Emirates.

• In the event that the auction is awarded to a bidder, a medical examination is made on the bird at one of the accredited government veterinary centres in the United Arab Emirates, in order to ensure that the bird is free from diseases, infection or congenital defects. If the bird’s disease is proven, the transaction is cancelled and the deposit amount shall be returned to the bidder.

• After proving that the bird in the auction is free from any diseases, the bidder pays the value of the bird.

• The winner of one of the birds offered in the auction shall pay the price of the bird through the electronic payment gateway, noting that the payment shall be completed within 48 hours from the closing day of the auction and the bird’s examination, and a AED 500 delay penalty will be added for each delay day after the aforementioned period.

• Sale is subject to the auction management, and post-award sales procedures may be cancelled and prior to receipt of payment.

Coordination will take place between the company (iFalcons Auctions) and the buyer about the shipping method and how the fees are calculated.

The buyer is required to sign the document of receipt of the bird.

The shipper shall be responsible for the safety of the shipment from theft and damage from the moment it is received from the auction management until it is delivered to the bidder.
